When you click “Connect”, you are redirected to Twitch to authorize access. After successful login, Twitch returns an authorization code; we exchange it for tokens to call Twitch APIs needed to operate the bot. You can revoke access in your Twitch account settings at any time.
We retain data only as long as necessary for the service, security, and legal obligations. You can disconnect/disable the bot at any time; where applicable, we delete or anonymize data after it is no longer required.

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the “RAHFTBot” service and all related functions, services, and content. By using the service, the user agrees to these terms.
RAHFTBot is an online service for automation and moderation of chat functions on the Twitch streaming platform. The service includes, among other things, the following features:
The exact scope of features may be adjusted or expanded at any time. Some features are provided free of charge. Advanced features may be subject to a fee.
Using RAHFTBot requires a connection to a Twitch account. As part of the OAuth process, the user grants the service access to their Twitch account in order to execute bot functions. The user is responsible for ensuring that they are authorized to use the respective Twitch channel.
Certain service features, especially AI-based responses or AI automations, may be used through a token system. Tokens may be purchased for a fee. Tokens are used exclusively for the corresponding features and do not constitute legal tender. There is generally no entitlement to payout or exchange of tokens. Consumed tokens cannot be refunded.
Payment processing is carried out by the payment service provider Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy acts as Merchant of Record and handles billing and invoicing. Depending on the payment method, payment may be processed via Stripe or PayPal. The respective terms and conditions of the payment providers also apply.
RAHFT strives for the highest possible service availability. However, there is no entitlement to uninterrupted or continuously available use. In particular, maintenance work, technical issues, or changes to external interfaces (e.g., Twitch API) may lead to restrictions.
The user undertakes not to misuse the service. In particular, it is prohibited to:
RAHFT reserves the right to block access to the service in case of violations.
RAHFT is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent behavior. In cases of slight negligence, RAHFT is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations. Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits is excluded. RAHFT assumes no liability for damages resulting from changes to or restrictions of the Twitch platform.
RAHFT reserves the right to change, expand, or discontinue service features at any time. This applies in particular to technical adjustments or further development.
Users may deactivate use of the bot at any time via the dashboard. RAHFT may block or terminate access to the service at any time if these terms are violated or if technical or legal reasons require it.
RAHFT reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be informed appropriately about significant changes.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Place of jurisdiction, insofar as legally permissible, is the registered seat of the company.
